Many of our items are pre-orders. We do our best to predict exact shipping dates and stick to timelines as closely as possible, but production timelines occasionally change. Keep an eye on materia.fyi/p for our current production timelines!
For orders with multiple items: We products together to keep everyone's shipping costs down. This means that products in-stock may be delayed if ordered together with pre-orders. If you'd like us to ship items separately, please email us at email@example.com .
Products ship from Seattle, Washington, USA. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packaging, and up to 14 days for shipping and delivery. International orders may take a bit longer to clear customs.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes like VAT, import fees, or any other fees that are outside Materia Collective's control.
If we are not able to validate your shipping address, we will email you and hold your order until we receive confirmation.
- Return Policy
By ordering from Materia Collective and its artists and label affiliates, you agree to, and are bound by these shipping terms, unless prohibited or voided.
All sales and pre-orders are final, non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Product Listings: Pricing and availability of items and products may change without notice. We reserve the right at any time and without notice to update production information and to correct and/or remove product-related errors, inaccuracies, and ommissions.
Change of Address: You may request a change of address provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org using the email you used to place your order.
Undeliverable Orders: Materia Collective will notify you via email if your order is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed. This can happen if there are unpaid import fees, or invalid or improperly-formatted address, or any other circumstance outside Materia Collective's control. Returned orders will be returned to our inventory.
Your total cost for the purchase of any product includes shipping charges. For processed, shippined, and returned products, these fees are paid for, and cannot be refunded to you if your ordered item(s) are returned for a refund, or are undeliverable.
Refunds and Replacements: If you receive any product that's defective, or was damaged during transit, we are happy to replace it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
